GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1: ORDERING

The automatic recording systems are considered to be valid proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Validation of the order by the CUSTOMER implies definitive and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. NUMERO 4 Skateshop reserves the right to refuse confirmation of an order for any reason whatsoever. NUMERO 4 Skateshop must, in such circumstances, inform the CUSTOMER of its decision. The time limits for the execution of the order are understood to be from the reception of the totality of the payment of the order by NUMERO 4 Skateshop. ARTICLE 2: PRICES

The price of the products is indicated in euros. The invoiced price is the price indicated on the confirmation of order addressed by NUMERO 4 Skateshop including the price of the product (all taxes included), the expenses of packing and transport. ARTICLE 11: APPLICABLE LAW

In the event of a dispute, the CUSTOMER will first contact the company to find an amicable solution. Any dispute relating to the contractual commitments between NUMERO 4 Skateshop and its CUSTOMERS is subject exclusively to French law. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties mentioned, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction without exception.
