Return Policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (Skateboard decks and freestyle scooter wheels are non-refundable. €15 will be deducted from the refund if shipping was free, and €10 will be deducted if you were charged €5.90). We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In other cases, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid disputes in case the return parcel is lost.
Your refund will be processed within four weeks of handing the package to the return carrier, although in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This period includes transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), processing time once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We offer shipping within mainland France only via La Poste's Colissimo service. Delivery time varies from 2 to 5 business days depending on the type, size, and weight of the product ordered.
Note that delivery time does not include order preparation time, which can range from 1 to 10 days in the worst-case scenario, although it is typically much shorter.
We also offer in-store pickup at our shop located at 4, rue Richaud 78000 VERSAILLES. This option is free regardless of the order total. Item availability may range from 0 to 10 days after placing the order. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. You can then collect it anytime during our normal business hours, with a valid ID.
