The Bamboo Light flex is best for riders under 170 lbs, but can handle up to 190 lbs with easier bottoming out. Heavier riders will stress it more. For those wanting extra flex, use risers with 102mm Hoku wheels for more clearance. It's less flexible than the 6-ply maple + glass version, with a tightened flex profile similar to 6.5-ply maple.
